正規廠家生產的可探測警示帶在生產工藝上嚴格把控，厚度嚴格按照生產要求：一般規格為≥12絲，且內置可探測金屬敏感度和規格完全達標，可以被管線探測人員輕松探測的到。而市面上的一些其他產品，偷工減料私自降低生產標準，生產的可探測警示帶厚度和規格達不到探測標準，自然也無法滿足大型電力公司的要求。
