一 、是在開工前編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)及施工方案，施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。材料設(shè)備、成品、半成品等進(jìn)場計(jì)劃送監(jiān)理審批后再交業(yè)主。并在進(jìn)場后抓緊做好項(xiàng)目劃分單位工程、單元工程、工序工程。

四 、是隱蔽工程務(wù)必經(jīng)監(jiān)理及現(xiàn)場代表到現(xiàn)場核實(shí)。驗(yàn)收簽證并拍照后，方可進(jìn)行下一道工序。施工方務(wù)必將工程簽證資料在相應(yīng)工程結(jié)束后5天內(nèi)完成并提交給業(yè)主。

4、 It is a concealed project that must be verified by the supervisor and on-site representative on site. After receiving the acceptance certificate and taking photos, the next process can proceed. The construction party must complete and submit the project visa documents to the owner within 5 days after the completion of the corresponding project.
