一代示蹤線:是由鋁箔和塑料薄膜的母體組成,鋁箔主要是傳輸信號,母體是固定鋁箔。這種示蹤線缺點:鋁箔強度非常低,即使在生產,運輸過程中也很容易斷裂,輔設易損傷,同時鋁箔的電阻非常大,有效探測距離和深度有限。

二代示蹤線:是由鋼絲和塑料薄膜壓制而成,該示蹤線由鋼絲為導體,電阻大,探測距離有限,難以滿足實際需要。

示蹤線的替代產品

Alternative products for tracer lines

在第三代示蹤線還沒有誕生,二代產品又不能滿足要求的情況下,電線成為示蹤線的替代品,由于電線并不是針對PE管道示蹤而設計的產品,其本身用于充當“示蹤線”則有諸多缺限。

In the absence of third-generation tracer wires and the inability of second-generation products to meet the requirements, wires have become a substitute for tracer wires. However, since wires are not designed specifically for PE pipeline tracing, their use as "tracer wires" has many limitations.

成本高:電線做為示蹤線,其造價相對昂貴。

抗腐蝕和抗老化差:電線的外表面絕緣層是PVC,這種材料埋地后易老化,相對PE材質有所不足。

抗拉力:電線金屬芯是銅材質,抗拉力有局限性,在用于常規(guī)輔設及非開挖輔設時,斷裂機率較高。
